What are the clinic's hours of operation?


Our regular business hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-5pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Please call during regular business hours if you need to make an appointment or speak with the front office staff. Some individual and group therapy sessions may be conducted outside of regular hours based on the discretion of our clinicians.


What insurance and other payment options do we accept?


We accept a variety of insurance plans for all licensed providers (Drs. Almeida, Craighead, Gillespie, Holton, Jones, Lim, Pace, Snow, Stewart, and Welsh). These include most plans for the following companies: Aetna, Blue Cross, Georgia Better Healthcare, Coventry, Humana, and Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) PPO.

Popular insurance companies whose plans we usually do not accept include the following: Cigna, Kaiser, Tricare, and United Healthcare.

We accept all major credit or debit cards for appointments with licensed providers. Our business manager will contact your insurance company before your first visit to determine whether or not our clinic is covered under your insurance policy. If you are calling CAMP to make an appointment for the first time, please have your insurance information ready.

We do not accept insurance for appointments with postdoctoral fellows or advanced graduate students at CAMP. However, for these clinicians we offer a low cost clinic that allows us to set your fee based on your family's income. For appointments with clinicians in the low cost clinic (e.g., postdoctoral fellows and graduate students) we ONLY accept cash or check.
